Visas
Requirements differ sharply by nationality and change with little notice, so this section needs to name the specific nationalities your guests actually hold, state what the process was for them recently, and carry a last-checked date.
Be explicit about the nationalities for whom entry is difficult or effectively closed. Saying so plainly costs you a handful of enquiries and saves you a lot of refunds.
Flights
List the realistic routings into Tehran and into the regional airports nearest your sites, and note which carriers currently serve them.
Money
This is the section that surprises people most, so lead with the headline: international bank cards and international payment networks do not function inside Iran. Visitors bring cash and change it locally.
Cover, concretely:
- Which currency to bring, and roughly how much for a week
- Where it is sensible to change it
- Local tourist debit cards, if you arrange them for guests
- How your own deposits and balances are handled — this is the question that decides whether a booking closes
